About the event
Take your vault to new heights at the 3-Day Pole Vault Camp at Kutztown University! Designed for athletes of all experience levels, this immersive camp provides focused, high-quality instruction in a supportive and energetic environment.
Held on the scenic campus of Kutztown University, this three-day experience allows campers to dive deeper into the technical and mental aspects of pole vaulting. Athletes will receive hands-on coaching from experienced vaulters and knowledgeable staff dedicated to helping each participant improve technique, build confidence, and maximize performance.
Camp sessions will cover key components of the vault, including approach consistency, pole carry and plant mechanics, takeoff execution, swing and inversion, and landing safety. With additional time built into the schedule, athletes will benefit from more repetitions, detailed skill breakdowns, and personalized coaching tailored to their individual needs.
