FIRST TIME JUMPING

First time jumping?

That's okay! We want to get you started off right. Set up a complementary jump session by calling Brian Mondschein or Talen Singer. We will provide one on one coaching to ensure we are building a strong foundation and setting you up with the right pole series.

HORIZONTAL JUMPS AND SPRINTS TRAINING

We are welcoming all long and triple jumpers to the PJC family! Philadelphia Jumps Club is hosting a horizontal jumps and sprints session. You can sign up for a horizontal jumps session by contacting Talen Singer.

Single Session: $40

GROUP SESSION

These sessions are small groups of jumpers who practice with one coach to work on technique. After the session, athletes are welcome to use lifting or further training equipment to continue their growth and development.

Single Session: $75

1/Week for Month: $235

2/Week for Month: $330

3/Week for Month: $340

SPEED AND STRENGTH TRAINING

Speed and strength training is a perfect way to stay in shape during the summer. We offer speed and strength training to help athletes continue their training during the summer through small groups. The training groups are between jump days, so the athletes can continue to jump and compete in summer meets.

PRIVATE SESSION

Sign up for a private or semi-private session with your favorite Philadelphia Jumps Coach! You will receive an hour and a half of one-on-one coaching to focus on technique and drills to improve your jumping.
